Saville Apartments

A signature multi-level apartment and hotel, Saville Southbank sits on the fringe of Brisbane’s CBD. It consists of a 13 storey building containing 161 apartment suites, 88 luxury residential one, two and three bedroom apartments, lap pool, spa, gymnasium, restaurant, meeting and function rooms, four levels of carpark and basement.

Chilled water air conditioning was installed to hotel levels and air cooled air conditioning to each of the residential apartments. Commercial kitchen ventilation systems and general ventilation systems to carpark areas, toilets and bathrooms were also installed, as well as stair pressurisation systems.

The Saville Southbank project won the Master Builders Association Award for Excellence 2006, another tribute to the James L. Williams team.
